Industrial Evaporation is the Process of Removing Solvent

Image
Evaporation is the process of removing solvent in the form of vapor from a solution or slurry so as to increase the concentration of solution. Evaporation is extensively energy intensive unit operation. Since Evaporator configuration is a crucial factor in design our proposed Industrial Evaporators body ensures long term continuous operation with less cleaning requirement. Evaporators are mainly used in food and beverage industries as in these products a certain amount of uniformity in evaporating is needed. If there will be regular removal of moisture in the apparatus through vaporization in that case the amount of wastage can be easily controlled. The main thing that separates this method from other means of evaporation is only the final concentrated product which is extorted at the end of the procedure. How an Industrial Evaporator Works? The solution containing the desired product is fed into the evaporator and passes across a heat source. The applied heat converts the water in th

ATFD has a Single Point Solution for all Drying Applications

Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD) for evaporation of water/solvents to make concentrated liquid to dry powder or flakes. Based on application either recovered solvent or dry product is important. Agitated Thin Film Dryer design is the ideal apparatus for continuous processing of concentrated material for drying. Agitated Thin Film Dryer consists of a cylindrical, vertical body with heating jacket and a rotor inside of the shell which is equipped with rows of pendulum blades all over the length of the dryer. The vapors make rise up, counter-concurrent the liquid and go through the Cyclone separator affixed on the ATFD vapor outlet. These vapors will be condensed in condenser and found as condensate. The system will be functioned under vacuum for temperature-sensitive products, and atmospheric status for the normal drying. Agitated Thin Film Dryer(ATFD) for evaporation of water/solvents to make concentrated liquid to dry powder upto 5% moisture . Based on application either recovered solv

Milk Evaporation Plant for Various Fields such as Food & Dairy industry

The manufacturing process for the evaporated milk involves precision standardization of the fat content and the dry solids contents. This is followed by heat treatment which partly destroys the microbes present in the milk. Milk Evaporation Plant for various fields such as Food & Dairy industry, various milk-related industries for making sweetened or evaporated milk. The manufacturing process for the Milk Evaporation Plant involves precision standardization of the fat content and the dry solids contents. This is followed by heat treatment which partly destroys the microbes present in the milk. Checks are carried out on the coagulation stability of the milk before it is packaged in the sterilized cans. The product is then placed in an autoclave for sterilization. Finally the cans are cooled before storage. Evaporated milk is prepared by removing a little over half the water, sealing in cans, and sterilizing. It has a creamy consistency and differs from ordinary milk in containing s
